    We are doing our best to make the verification process as simple and clear as possible. If you have not been verified electronically, we may require photos of the official documents to prove your identity. The process usually takes no more than 2 minutes; however, in some cases, documents might take a little longer to be reviewed. We are more than happy to help you verify your account.   • What do I have to provide for verification?

    To start using the Orca app, you just need to provide your first name, surname, date of birth and your residential address. That’s it!

  • I can’t find my country on the list

    If you cannot find your country on the country list, please write to us at hello@getorca.app or contact us via our online chat.

  • What if I do not have a utility bill?

    Do not worry! To complete the verification you can provide us with the bank statement. The bank statement should contain your full name, address, and have been issued in the last 3 months. Simply attach it to the document you already sent, so you can complete the verification.

  • What if I move abroad?

    Currently, we onboard users only from the UK. If you move abroad and lose a UK tax resident status please let us know as we will need to update your profile in our database. So you can still use our app. However, we do plan to expand our borders and make Orca available in different countries.
