  • Can I change my mind?

    You have a right to cancel your GIA if you change your mind. A cancellation notice is provided in Schedule 3 of this Key Features document. This will give you the right to cancel during the next 30 days. Your GIA will be invested in assets during this period. If you choose to cancel your Account during the cancellation period, any investments held in your Account will be sold and we will return any contributions or transfers. In the case of a transfer, the previous provider might not accept the funds back. The amount to be repaid maybe less than the amount paid to us if the value of the investment has fallen at the time it is sold or where we have deducted any applicable charges.

  • How can I delete my account?

    To delete your account, it is enough just to write to us at hello@getorca.app or at our online chat. Make sure you are writing from the email address you want to delete📝

  • Can I restore my password if I forget it?

    You can recover your password by pressing the “Forgot passcode” button on the login screen and entering your PIN code. It won’t take long to recover it :)

  • What if I move abroad?

    Currently, we onboard users only from the UK. If you move abroad and lose a UK tax resident status please let us know as we will need to update your profile in our database. So you can still use our app. However, we do plan to expand our borders and make Orca available in different countries.   • How can I unblock my account if I fail all login attempts?

    For us, the most important thing is the security of your account. To protect you and prevent fraudulent activity, Orca sets limits so your data will stay safe. There is nothing to worry about: your account will be unblocked automatically after 24 hours. However, we can also unblock your account straight away. Just send us a selfie with your passport or driver's licence, so we can verify your identity. Once we receive the photo, the restriction will be removed. Make sure to reset your password after unblocking.
